We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Executive to promote in planning, execution and optimization of our online marketing efforts. The elevation of products and services via digital channels is an intricate process with great potential which becomes increasingly useful for companies such as ours.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the construction of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers
  • Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Twitter, Facebook etc.)
  • Launch optimized online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook etc. to increase company and brand awareness
  • Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.)
  • Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels
  • Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website
  • Collaborate with designers to improve user experience
  • Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.)
  • Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date
  • Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors

Requirements
  • Proven experience as Digital Marketing Executive or similar role
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
  • Experience with B2C social media, Google Adwords and email campaigns and SEO/SEM
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)
  • Perfect knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, NetInsight, WebTrends etc.)
  • Skills and experience in creative content writing
  • Analytical mindset and critical thinking
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Salary: $45,000-$75,000 depending on experience and expertise

Typical Work Day at ACEM:
  • Create multimedia content for ACEM.
  • Assist in production planning for short- and long-term video projects.
  • Create custom images, graphics, and animations for in-app and social media.
  • Keep up with latest trends in storytelling, video production, social media and sports.
  • Work efficiently to meet very tight deadlines (newsroom environment).
  • Other duties as required.

Requirements:
  • Experience with Non-Linear Editing Software (After Effects, Premiere and/or Final Cut Pro).
  • Experience with Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Experience writing marketable article teaser/descriptions.
  • Knowledge of design principles: including color, layout, and hierarchy.
  • Great knowledge of operating computers.
  • A general knowledge of all Social Media platforms, specifically Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Snapchat.

Salary: $45,000-$75,000 depending on experience and expertise
We are looking for a data-savvy analytically-minded professional who possesses deep experience in programmatic and paid social strategy, direct vendor programs, and facilitating execution across media digital channels. Our digital media planner will be an innovator and an integrated member of the media team who understands both marketing and technology, and who can aid with identifying business objectives and corresponding digital media solutions resulting in engagement and consideration among our clients’ target audiences.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and present strategic digital media solutions that support in achieving client’s business challenges
  • Identify opportunities to test various digital media strategies and technologies to add to our digital media service offerings
  • Research digital media solutions, technologies, and conversion best practices to support offerings and new business development
  • Design strategic roadmaps, including growth pillars, channel priorities and tactic testing
  • Manage media planning cycles, from preparing and presenting plans to coordinating analyses and optimization recommendations
  • Lead all direct display tactics, from media buying to campaign management and optimization
  • Oversee reporting and analysis processes
  • Maintain macro view of digital media performance, making strategic optimization decisions where necessary.
  • Ensure that all media invoices, discrepancies, and billings are input, cleared, and issued in a timely fashion
  • Provide digital education and information plans for clients, and oversight on related content and scheduling as it relates to specific projects and according to specified workflow
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by Planning Supervisor as needed

Requirements
  • Proficiency in media planning with a minimum of 2 years’ experience on online media planning
  • Expert knowledge of the digital landscape, including new technologies used in both front and back ends, social media, and online marketing
  • Expert knowledge of conventional and unconventional digital media buying and acquisition models (CPA, CPC, CPM, CPE)

Responsible for fostering the relationships with suppliers in partnership with Trade Development. Collaborate with key internal stakeholders in the development and execution of ATL & BTL budgets and plans to achieve brand objectives. Be an expert in marketing/brand management.

Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent
  • Marketing experience preferably within a fast moving CPG company
  • Budget and/or P&L experience with major CPG company
  • Excellent planning and collaboration skills
  • Excellent analytical and influencing skills
  • Excellent leadership capabilities with strong presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Sound knowledge of brand marketing and finance skills
  • Knowledge of a highly regulated beverage alcohol market, competitors, regulatory environment and Canadian advertising legislation (ASC).

ACEM is looking for a creative Graphic designer with latest knowledge to interpret our clients’ needs and to design solutions with high visual impact. You will work on a variety of products, including websites, books, magazines, product packaging, websites, exhibitions, corporate identity etc. and you will cooperate with our designers and sales team.

Responsibilities
  • Take the design “brief” to record requirements and clients’ needs
  • Schedule project implementation and define budget constraints
  • Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software
  • Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts
  • Prepare rough drafts and present your ideas
  • Amend final designs to clients comments and gain full approval
  • Work as part of a team with copywriters, designers, stylists, executives etc.

Requirements
  • Proven graphic designing experience
  • Possession of creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability and originality
  • Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio

We are looking for a passionate Software Developer (Full Stack) to develop new and improve existing software that's critical to ACEM’s mission. You'll work in multiple languages with emerging technologies.

Responsibilities
  • Build new interfaces for teachers and parents to enable them to help their kids learn
  • Make and test adjustments to the algorithm we use to choose the best math questions to ask
  • Create internal tools to help us build content for millions of students
  • Work cross-functionally with an agile team including Product, UX & Design, Development, and QA
  • Provide input on technical design and product features
 
Requirements
  • A passion for user experience and performance
  • A solid understanding of JavaScript and HTML5
  • Experience with one or more JavaScript frameworks (Backbone, React, Angular, Vue.js, Ember, etc.)
  • Experience writing API endpoints and working with databases (PostgreSQL, Dynamo DB, etc.)

Responsibilities
  • Understand client requirements and how they translate in application features
  • Design creative prototypes according to specifications
  • Write high quality source code to program complete applications within deadlines
  • Perform unit and integration testing before launch
  • Conduct functional and non-functional testing
  • Troubleshoot and debug applications
  • Evaluate existing applications to reprogram, update and add new features
  • Develop technical documents and handbooks to accurately represent application design and code

Requirements
  • Proven experience as application developer
  • Experience in designing and building applications
  • Ability to program in at least one programming language such as C#, Java (J2EE) etc.
  • In-depth knowledge of programming for diverse operating systems and platforms using development tools
